Information We Collect

When you use our services or visit our website, we may collect the following information:

Contact Information: Name, email address, phone number, and company name when you submit our contact form or book a consultation.
Project Details: Budget range, timeline preferences, project description, and any other information you provide about your project needs.
Usage Data: Aggregate information about how the website is used, including daily visits and selected funnel events such as starting or completing the website scorecard, the result band, and requesting a human review.

First-Party Analytics

Our analytics are processed through our own website and Supabase database. The server creates a daily rotating one-way hash from limited request context so repeated events can be deduplicated for that day. The hash changes daily and is not used to recognize a visitor across days.

We do not store raw IP addresses, stable device fingerprints, scorecard answers, website URLs, email addresses, or names in the analytics event table. If you choose to submit the contact form, the information you intentionally provide is stored separately as a lead so we can respond.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Respond to your inquiries and provide project proposals
Communicate with you about your project or our services
Improve our website and services
Send occasional updates about our work (only if you opt in)

Optional Scorecard Email Series

The five-part Weak-Signal repair series is optional and the checkbox is not selected by default. If you opt in, we store your email address, first name, score, result band, the exact consent disclosure, consent time, and delivery state so we can send and stop the series correctly. The series contains five emails over approximately two weeks and does not automatically enroll you in a continuing newsletter.

Every message includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing records a suppression and cancels any remaining scheduled messages when the provider permits cancellation. Direct replies about a project request are handled separately from this optional series.

Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties. We may share information with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our website and conducting our business, provided they agree to keep this information confidential.

These service providers include:

Supabase: Database and authentication services
Resend: Email delivery services
Vercel: Website hosting

Data Retention

We retain your contact information and project details for as long as necessary to provide our services and maintain our business relationship. If you request deletion of your data, we will remove it within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal purposes.

Cookies

Our website uses minimal cookies necessary for functionality, such as remembering your theme preference. We do not use tracking cookies, stable browser fingerprints, or third-party advertising cookies.

Request deletion of your information
